Is the first February the 14th after your marriage year drawing near? Or is the same date coming, but not quite in the first year of your marriage? In any case, you must have decided what you are going to gift your husband this year.

1st year

If this is your first valentine, with your husband, there’s no way you should waste your money to buy some useless stuff. Instead, you should try to conjure something romantic for him to enjoy, after he returns home.

Romantic Evening

This is the best option for your first valentine’s day with your husband. It is also a good choice to go for to rekindle the passion and love in your married life. The first thing to do in this is, cooking his favorite dish and presenting the same after he returns from work.

You can add on the mood by having less lights and only candles on the table, with soft music playing. After this, prepare for him a bubble bath, which will surely relax his body. Aromatherapy salts will be an exquisite and passionate addition to the bath, if you know what you are doing. At the very end, give him a light massage.

Gifts

Gifts are a cliche but when into several years of marriage, not all the valentine days have to be romantic. If you don’t want to present the romantic evening mentioned above, you can buy him tickets to the next match of his favorite game, concert or any other kind of event.

If you do not have the bucks for all these things, or do not want to send him away on anything that doesn’t concern you (are we burning something?) you could present him with a couple of romantic or action or horror movie tickets and tag along with him.

This idea is best if you and your husband can have (or have) a couple of days leave/off at the office. The first idea is to just pack whatever comes up first and get going on a road trip. Second thing that you can do is buying him (and yourself) tickets for a short tour.

Night Out

This is another idea that you can vouch for.

First make reservations for two at a nearby movie theater for a romantic movie, then the same at a restaurant for a romantic, candle light dinner and then take him to a spot on the outskirts of the city (of course, where it is safe) from where the city can be seen.
