It really is a special day if it is your little one’s birthday, and you should do all you ever could to make it exciting and memorable for him/ her. Usual Games In An Unusual Manner

Introduce some novelty into the usual games by making the usual donkey in the game where you pin the tail of the donkey a bit differently- say, while standing on one leg! Or you could altogether replace the animal by a deer or even be a cow! The game begins with each child blindfolded and making an attempt to get the tail at its right place. The one who does it the best is the winner of the game.

Innovation is the key to fun, fame and success. Why not innovate the game a bit more? You could use a challenge where the kids have to try and catch the birthday boy/ girl and tie a pin to their clothing, or bring something to them. The kids would love playing and watching the game, both!

Balloon Bonanza

Alternatively, you could keep the kids engaged in a game where balloons would do the talking. You could make the children seated on chairs facing each other, and make them throw balloons at each other so that they just touch their heads to bounce them in order for the balloons to go back to its original owner. It could be made more fun by introducing some caps to be worn by the kids while playing the game. The kids would have to aim at the caps, matching with the colours of their balloons.

Follow The Mouse

There could be a new game for the kids like the cat and mouse game. This is where all the kids stand around in a circle holding hands, while one child, representing the cat stands outside the circle, and the other child representing the mouse stands within the circle.

The mouse must not be inside the circle for more than 10 seconds, and he should not get caught by the cat while outside the circle. The cat cannot intrude or catch the mouse while it is in the circle. The other kids have to protect the mouse from the cat.

They can always guide the mouse by letting him/ her in and out of the circle, but they should also be an obstacle for the cat in a similar manner. The above specified games would brighten up your child’s birthday party and his/ her friends would be remembering it for quite a few years.
