How about stuffing baby booties or socks with candies and then tying them together with ribbons? You could do the same with feeding bottles, which will look great filled with candy, especially jellybeans.

You could also gift glycerine soaps in the color that corresponds to the gender of the baby. However, if you think that just a bar of soap is not enough, you could give away matching loofas or bath sponges.

For those of you, who wish to give a party favour that the guests will keep for a long time, how about cookie cutters in the shape of little babies, or bottles? You can tie a recipe card for simple cookies too.
