Ingredients that you need are 2 large broccoli with stems peeled, 2 tablespoons butter, and 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 onion, chopped, 1 cup vegetable broth, 4 cups water, 1 cup cream, Salt to taste, Pepper. Chop the broccoli.
Heat butter and olive oil in a pot. Add onion and cook until soft. Add broccoli along with broth and water and bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low flame until tender. Remove from fire and let it cool. Puree the broccoli and mixture in a blender until smooth. Transfer into a saucepan and heat it by adding milk and cream. Add salt and pepper. Serve hot!

Ingredients that are required are 1 fresh turkey, Salt to taste, Pepper, ¾ teaspoon dried thyme, 2 red onions, cut into wedges, 3 ripe pears, cored and quartered, 1 tablespoon, melted butter, 1 cup water.
Preheat oven to 325 F. Place turkey with breast side up on a rack in a large roasting pan. Rub its outside with salt, pepper and thyme. Arrange onions in pan around turkey. Cover with foil and roast for 2 hours. In a bowl toss pears with butter, pepper and thyme. Remove foil from the turkey.
Arrange the pears around the turkey. Roast the uncovered turkey for 45 minutes. When done, remove from pan and place it on a platter with onions and pears. Carve the turkey and serve!

Preheat oven to 375 F.
