The food is of course one of the major items while planning for a bridal shower.

1 onion, chopped fine
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
6 eggs, lightly beaten

Grease a few muffin cups with vegetable oil or cooking spray and spoon the potato and egg mixture into the muffin cups. Bake them in a moderately hot oven for 18-20 minutes.
