Christmas Breakfast Recipes

Ingredients

You’d need 1 cup warm milk, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup margarine, preferably melted. Along with these, you’d also need 4.5 cups bread flour, 1 tsp salt, 0.5 cup white sugar, 2.5 tsps bread machine yeast, 1 cup brown surge, 2.5 tsps ground cinnamon (main ingredient). Couple these up with 1/3 softened butter, 3 ounces cream cheese, 0.5 tsps vanilla extract and last but not the least,18/8 tsp salt.

Method

Knead the dough into a firm mixture, while mixing the brown sugar with some cinnamon. Roll the dough into a 16×21 inch rectangle, giving it a design. Cover the flour with one third butter, and keep it aside, letting it set comfortably. Once the dough has set down, sprinkle it lavishly with the sugar and cinnamon mixture.

Next, roll and cut the dough into 12 equal pieces. Place the rolls in a heating pan for a good 30 minutes. As the dough begins to rise, you nostrils will be infiltrated with the sweet smell of the rising cinnamon buns.

Once heated nicely, put the rolls in an oven for 15 minutes and remove once the buns are nice and brown. Till the time you’re baking the rolls, you can beat some cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla extract and salt into a nice paste and spread evenly on the rolls. Enjoy the perfect complement to your Christmas breakfast.
