Vanilla Cake With Chocolate Chips
Heat oven to 350°F, butter few cake pans. In a bowl whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside. Now beat the butter and sugar for 2-3 minutes until fluffy. Beat vanilla essence and eggs one at a time. Now add flour, milk and mix it well. Transfer the batter to preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Cool the cakes in the pans for 15 minutes. Transfer the cakes to a plate and spread it with frosting. Now sprinkle chocolate chips on the top and sides of the cake.
Powder few glucose biscuit, mix it with chocolate powder, milkmaid and four tablespoon of ghee. Fry the cashew nuts and keep aside. Make a small ball out of chocolate, add one dry fruit in the centre. Roll the chocolate ball in desiccated coconut and serve chilled. It is a simple and delicious recipe.
Apple Walnut Delight
Mix yogurt and sugar well to make a smooth paste. Add cinnamon powder and diced apples. Mix well and keep it in refrigerator for 45 minutes. Caramelize some sugar, pour some crushed almonds. Allow it to settle and cool down. Serve the sweet dish in a glass. Garnish with sliced apple and almonds.
Boil milk and sugar till milk becomes thick. Add rice flour to it. Cook on low flame till it becomes a thick batter. Add a pinch of cardamom powder and roasted pistachios into it. Cook a little bit till it becomes smooth. Fill the clay pots with this sweet. Let it cool for an hour and serve cold. Garnish with roasted pistachios.
Mix flour, ghee and salt and make dough. Add water slowly to make hard dough and leave it for half an hour. In another pan add condensed milk, sugar and continue to cook. Now add a pinch of cardamom powder. When the mixture cools add some chocolate chips to it and mix well. Now take a small piece of dough and roll it well. Cut it into smaller pieces and fill mixture in it. Seal the edges with water. Then fold the edges inside with the help of fork. Fry till golden brown. Now microwave some chocolate chips along with fresh cream. When the triangles are cooked soak them in sugar syrup and coat it with chocolate syrup on it. Garnish it with powdered cashew nuts.
Take a double broiler. Melt some chocolate chips in it and let it stand by. Now in a vessel take water and let it boil. Add one teaspoon of coffee to it and give it 2-3 boils. Now take some digestive biscuits. Soak it in coffee water and put it in a plate. Spread some chocolate syrup on it. Now take one more biscuit dip it in coffee water and put it on top of the first biscuit. Repeat this process for 10-12 biscuits. On the biscuit pillar spread the remaining chocolate syrup. Coat the outer surface with cashew nut powder and powdered pistachios. Refrigerate it for 45minutes to an hour. Now remove it from refrigerator and cut it vertically like slices of the cake. It is a surprise for the guests as they will not be able to distinguish it as cake made from biscuit!
